摘要
"三全育人"格局下,高校更多的资源和要素被纳入思想政治教育中来,对思想政治教育运行机制形成新的考验,对思想政治教育组织能力形成新的挑战。高校应进一步重视思想政治教育要素组织能力建设,通过加强党的领导完善思想政治教育领导体系,通过强化思想政治教育学科建设提高思想政治教育支撑效果,通过加强大学生自组织管理提升整体效应。
Under the pattern of"three-in-one education",more resources and elements of colleges and universities are absorbed into ideological and political education,which poses a new test to the operation mechanism of ideological and political education and a new challenge to the organizational ability of ideological and political education.Colleges and universities should pay more attention to the construction of organizational capacity of ideological and political education elements,improve the leadership system of ideological and political education by strengthening the leadership of the Party,boost the supporting effect of ideological and political education by strengthening the discipline construction of ideological and political education,and enhance the overall effect by strengthening the self-organization and management of college students.
