摘要
为了提高交流伺服压力机的动态性能,综合考虑了Stribeck模型、动力源和执行机构的数学模型,建立了伺服系统的数学模型,并基于MATLAB的Simulink模块,对伺服系统的动态特性进行仿真。结果表明:上模具到达设定值时伺服系统的跟踪误差为0.01 mm,具有较高的精度,为交流伺服系统的设计和性能的改进提供了依据。
Nonlinear friction is one of the main factors affecting the performance of AC servo presses.In order to improve the dynamic performance of AC servo press,the mathematical model of the servo system is established by considering the Stribeck model,the mathematical model of power source and actuator,and the dynamic characteristics of the servo system are simulated based on the Simulink module of MATLAB.The results show that the tracking error of the servo system when the upper die reaches the set value is 0.01 mm,which has a high accuracy and provides a basis for the design and performance improvement of the AC servo system.
