摘要
汽轮发电机作为汽轮电力系统的"心脏",因长期处在高温和潮湿的恶劣环境下,并且承受着巨大的机械应力,极易发生电气绝缘故障,以及各种机械故障。针对汽轮机叶轮结构受力故障问题,对汽轮机叶轮结构进行了优化设计,能有效监测和排除故障,可以大幅降低汽轮机叶轮故障带来的损失,具有重要的经济和社会价值。
As the "heart" of steam turbine power system,steam turbine generator is prone to electrical insulation fault and various mechanical faults because it has been in the harsh environment of high temperature and humidity for a long time and bears huge mechanical stress.In this paper,especially for the stress fault of steam turbine impeller structure,the optimization design of steam turbine impeller structure is carried out,which can effectively monitor and eliminate the fault,greatly reduce the loss caused by steam turbine impeller fault,and has important economic and social value.
