摘要
“应用电化学”是中南大学应用化学专业核心课程,其注重电化学基础知识和实际应用相结合,对学生专业能力培养及职业发展具有重要作用。鉴于电化学学科近年来在世界范围迅速发展和双语教学对推进我国高等教育国际化所起到的重要作用,结合中南大学应用化学专业,分析双语教学在应用电化学课程中所起到的作用和未来发展方向;从师生双语素质要求、教材选择、教学开展方式、学生学习方式和教学效果评价等方面探讨应用电化学双语教学的潜在问题,并提出参考意见和解决方案。
Applied Electrochemistry is the core course of applied chemistry major in Central South University.It focuses on the combination of electrochemical theoretical knowledge and its applications,which has a great influence on students’professional training and career development.In view of the rapid development of electrochemistry in the world and the important role of bilingual teaching in promoting internationalization of China’s higher education,this paper takes the major of Applied Chemistry of Central South University as an example to analyze the role and effect of bilingual teaching in the course of Applied Electrochemistry and its development direction.It also explores the potential problems that the bilingual teaching may face in terms of teachers and students’bilingual quality requirements,selection of text books,teaching methods,and teaching evaluation.In the end we put forward some suggestions and corresponding solutions.
