摘要
载货汽车以高效运输为主要目的,随着治超、治限法规政策的实施,通过轻量化提高运输效率成为客户关注焦点。通过对轻型载货汽车客户使用场景和实际使用工况的研究,一方面结合市场对货箱的需求及产品现状,确定了铝合金框架和热塑性PP蜂窝的轻量化技术路线和减少质量50%以上、成本可控的目标,通过新材料、新工艺、新结构的研究应用,进行方案的设计及仿真优化,完成试制样箱的加工制作。另一方面建立仿真验证边界及整车验证工程循环工况,完成13个工况的仿真验证,搭载整车分别在六通道轮耦合道路模拟试验系统和通县试验场完成8000 km的试验验证,确保满足客户实际使用要求。
The main purpose of truck is for efficient transportation.With the implementation of regulations and policies on overload and limit control,improving transportation efficiency by means of lightweight has become the focus of customers.Through the study on the use scenarios and actual use conditions of light truck customers,on the one hand,combined with the market demand for containers and the current situation of products,the lightweight technical route of aluminum alloy frame and thermoplastic PP honeycomb and the goal of reducing the mass by more than 50%and controllable cost are determined.Through the research and application of new materials,new processes and new structures,the scheme design and simulation optimization are made,sample container is prototyped.On the other hand,the simulation verification boundary and vehicle verification engineering cycle conditions are established,the simulation verification of 13 working modes is completed,and the test verification of 8000 km in the 6-channel wheel coupling road simulation test system and Tongxian test site are conducted respectively,so as to meet the actual use requirements of customers.
