摘要
干扰素在儿科应用广泛,常用于抗病毒、抗肿瘤及调节免疫,对于多种儿科疾病均显示了肯定的疗效、独有的特点和较大的应用前景。为进一步探索干扰素在儿童皮肤病领域的应用,本文系统介绍了干扰素的分类与作用机制,着重对其在儿童病毒感染性皮肤病、皮肤肿瘤、非特异性炎性皮肤病中的应用作一综述,探讨了干扰素类药物在儿童中应用的疗效、安全性及注意事项,旨在加深对干扰素在儿童皮肤疾病中应用的认识。
Interferon is one of the widely used drugs in pediatrics, with the functions of antiviral, anti-tumor, and immune regulation.It has shown good efficacy, unique characteristics and greater application prospects for a variety of pediatric diseases.In order to further explore the application of interferon in the field of pediatric dermatosis, we systematically summarized the classification and mechanism of interferon, focusing on its application in pediatric viral infectious skin disorders, skin tumors, and non-specific inflammatory dermatosis.Besides, we discussed the effect, safety, and precautions of interferon in pediatric patients, aiming at deepening the understanding of the interferon application in pediatric dermatosis.
