摘要
目的探讨五行徵调音乐对白内障超声乳化患者术中焦虑和疼痛水平的影响。方法将福建中医药大学附属人民医院眼科100例局麻下行白内障超声乳化患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,试验组术中播放五行徵调音乐。对照组术中不播放,对照组采用常规眼科治疗。两组均采用状态焦虑问卷(stateanxiety inventory,S-AI)和疼痛视觉模拟评分(visualanalogue scale,VAS)进行对比分析。结果术前5min两组患者S-AI评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后5 min评估焦虑和疼痛水平,试验组均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论对白内障超声乳化患者术中给予五行徵调音乐干预,有明显减轻患者术中焦虑水平,减轻术中疼痛的作用,使患者顺利度过手术期。
Objective To investigate the effects of five elements music on intraoperative anxiety and pain in patients with cataract phacoemulsification.Methods A total of 100 cases of cataract phacoemulsification patients from the department of ophthalmology,People's Hospital Affiliated to Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine under local anesthesia were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The obscrvation group was played five elements music during the operation,while the control group did not play music.The control group was only treated with routine ophthalmic treatment.State anxiety inventory(S-AI)and visual analogue scale(VAS)were used for comparative analysis in both groups.Results There was no statistically significant difference in S-AI scores between the two groups 5 min before surgery(P>0.05),anxiety and pain levels were assessed 5 min after surgery,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion lt is of guiding significance in clinical practice to give five elements music intervention during cataract phacoemulsification,which can significantly reduce patients'intraoperative anxicty,reduce intraoperative pain,and make patients successfully pass the operative period.
