摘要
通过Hypermesh和ABAQUS,对某汽车动力总成惯性参数测试台支架的固有频率和静力学进行分析,由于其固有频率较低,在受到外部激励和在测试时因下摆盘摆动而产生摆动激励时,测试台可能会形成共振;根据称重法的原理,重新设计了新的测试方案并对支架进行优化设计,分析结果显示优化后支架的前10阶固有频率有明显提高,同时静力学分析结果满足使用要求。
Based on Hypermesh and Abaqus,the natural frequency and statics of the bracket of an automobile powertrain inertial parameter test-rig are analyzed,its natural frequency is low,and the test-rig may form resonance under the external excitation and the swing excitation caused by the swing of the bottom swing plate during the test.According to the principle of weighing method,a new test scheme is redesigned and the support is optimized.The analysis results show that the 10 natural frequencies of the optimized bracket are significantly improved,and the static analysis results meet the requirements of use.
