摘要
目的探讨子宫压迫缝合术在产后出血治疗中的临床应用效果。方法60例产后出血产妇为研究对象,按照止血方法的不同将其分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组产妇接受常规保守止血治疗,观察组产妇接受子宫压迫缝合术治疗。比较两组产妇的手术指标,治疗效果,不良事件发生情况。结果两组产妇的手术时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组产妇的住院时间(5.23±1.07)d短于对照组的(8.86±2.41)d,术中出血量(756.21±93.42)ml、术后2 h出血量(42.28±8.85)ml少于对照组的(1064.49±89.63)、(91.49±9.61)ml,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组产妇的总有效率93.33%高于对照组的53.33%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组产妇的不良事件发生率3.33%低于对照组的30.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论产后出血产妇应用子宫压迫缝合术治疗的效果更佳,术中、术后出血量显著减少,不良事件发生率低,可广泛应用。
Objective To discuss the clinical effect of uterine compression suture in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage.Methods A total of 60 maternal women with postpartum hemorrhage as research subjects were divided into control group and observation group according to different methods of hemostasis,with 30 cases in each group.Women in the control group were treated with conventional conservative hemostasis,and women in the observation group were treated with uterine compression suture.The surgical indicators,therapeutic effects,and occurrence of adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the operation time between the two groups(P>0.05).The hospitalization time(5.23±1.07)d in the observation group was shorter than(8.86±2.41)d in the control group;the intraoperative blood loss(756.21±93.42)ml and the postoperative 2 h blood loss(42.28±8.85)ml in the observation group were less than(1064.49±89.63)and(91.49±9.61)ml in the control group;all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate 93.33% in the observation group was higher than 53.33% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events 3.33% in the observation group was lower than 30.00% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Women with postpartum hemorrhage are better treated with uterine compression sutures,with significantly less intraoperative and postoperative blood loss and low incidence of adverse events,and can be widely used.
