富水砂层近距离隧道盾构始发端头加固技术研究 被引量:5

摘要 针对富水地层近距离隧道土压平衡盾构始发过程中地层加固、地下水处理以及隧道之间施工扰动的难题,结合以色列特拉维夫红线始发的工程实例,提出“密封井”的新型端头加固方式,对近距离双线隧道始发端头加固技术进行研究,并对该方法的效果、适用性、经济效益及环境影响进行分析,得出以下结论:(1)相比传统的端头加固方式,该方法工艺简单、经济适用,能更加有效的隔绝地下水;(2)该方法只需一次将井内水位降至隧道以下,无需重复降水,能大幅减小施工抽排地下水量,对环境影响小;(3)后行盾构掘进时,隧道之间的中隔墙能保护先行隧道,减小施工扰动,不必对先行隧道内部进行加固,不影响盾构正常掘进。 Aiming at the difficulties in stratum reinforcement,groundwater treatment and construction disturbance between tunnels during the earth pressure balance launching of close-spaced shields in water-rich strata,the article combines the engineering example of the Tel Aviv red line in Israel,proposes a new type of“sealing pot”reinforcement method,conducts researches on the initial end reinforcement technology of the short-distance double-line tunnel,and analyzes the effect,applicability,economic benefits and environmental impact of the method.The following conclusions are made:(1)Compared with traditional end reinforcement,this method is simple in process,economical and applicable,and can isolate groundwater more effectively;(2)The water level in the well can be lowered below the tunnel only once without repeated precipitation,which greatly reduces the amount of groundwater pumped out by construction with low impact on the environment;(3)During the tunneling of the lagging shield,the intermediate wall between tunnels can protect the leading tunnel and reduce construction disturbance without internal reinforcement of the leading tunnel and does not affect the normal tunneling of the shield.
