摘要
目的:基于中医传承辅助平台(V2.5)软件,分析各省、直辖市新型冠状病毒肺炎(Corona Virus Disease 2019,COVID-19)中医治疗方案的辨证分型及用药规律。方法:检索各省、直辖市卫生健康委员会、中医药管理局官方网站,搜集有关COVID-19的中医诊治方案,提取中医辨证分型及方药,建立数据库,应用中医传承辅助平台分析不同分型的用药规律。结果:检索得到中医药防治COVID-19方案27个,处方162条,中药157味,挖掘出轻型、普通型、重型、危重型、恢复期各分型的核心组方和新处方。结论:地方方案的中医证型、处方用药和国家方案基本一致,体现了COVID-19“湿、毒、闭、虚”的病机特点,而潜在的新处方可为治疗COVID-19提供新思路。
Objective:To analyze syndrome differentiation,the pattern and the medication rules of TCM therapeutic scheme for COVID-19 in different provinces and municipalities based on TCMISS(V2.5).Methods:Diagnostic and therapeutic schemes of TCM for COVID-19 were collected by searching provincial and municipal health commissions,official website of administration of traditional Chinese medicine,to extract the prescription,the herbs,syndrome differentiation and patterns of TCM,medication rules for different patterns were analyzed using TCMISS.Results:By retrieving,27 therapeutic and preventive schemes of TCM,162 prescriptions and 157 herbs were obtained,core prescriptions and new prescriptions of different patterns for mild type,common type,severe type,critical type and the recovery stage were unearthed.Conclusion:TCM patterns,the prescriptions and herbs in local scheme are basically consistent with national scheme,and it embodies that COVID-19 is characterized by“dampness,toxin,obstructing,deficiency”,while the potential new prescription could provide new thinking for the treatment.
