摘要
在烟草工业企业中,开包作为制丝生产过程中的第一道工序为后续工序的连续正常生产起到了基本保障作用。烟包的外包装包括PV带、硬纸板、牛皮纸和塑料袋等,种类比较复杂。岗位可能存在残留的杂物会对下游工序生产诸多不良影响。研究基于机器视觉,采用阈值分割、拉普拉斯算子等方法,实现了对传送带上异物的自动检测,达到了90.24%的召回率。基于该方法,研究进一步设计了传送带异物检测报警系统,并制作了软件界面,提高了烟包开包工序的自动化水平,达到了预防下游工序堵料、提升物料纯净度、降低物料消耗的目的。
In tobacco industry enterprises,unpacking as the first process in the silk production process plays a basic role in ensuring the continuous and normal production of subsequent processes.The outer packaging of cigarette packs includes PV tape,cardboard,kraft paper and plastic bags,etc.,and the types are more complicated.There may be residual debris in the job,which have many adverse effects on the production of downstream processes.This research is based on machine vision,using methods such as threshold segmentation and Laplacian operator to realize the automatic detection of foreign objects on the conveyor belt,reaching a recall rate of 90.24%.Based on this method,this research further designed a conveyor belt foreign matter detection and alarm system,and made a software interface to improve the automation level of the cigarette package opening process,and achieve the purpose of preventing material blocking in downstream processes,improving material purity,and reducing material consumption.
