摘要
罗河铁矿采用垂直深孔阶段空场嗣后充填法进行采矿,开采过程中经常出现凿岩硐室之间预留条形矿柱发生破坏的现象。为了找出条柱破坏原因,针对现场情况,对-455 m水平凿岩硐室条柱爆破影响效应进行动力数值模拟研究,分析凿岩硐室条柱在动载荷条件下的次生应力、变形、位移、破坏接近区和塑性区等特性。研究表明,条柱大面积片帮破坏主要是反复爆破扰动引起。
Luohe Iron Mine uses the vertical deep hole stage open field subsequent filling method for mining.During the mining process,the phenomenon of damage to the reserved strip pillars between the drilling chambers often occurs.In order to find out the cause of rock pillar failure,a dynamic numerical sim⁃ulation study was carried out on the blasting effect of-455 m horizontal rock drilling chamber.The second⁃ary stress,deformation,displacement,failure approach zone and plastic zone of rock drilling chamber under dynamic load were analyzed.The research shows that the large-area spalling failure of the column is mainly caused by repeated blasting disturbance.
