摘要
目的:总结分析赵薇教授治疗复发性流产的学术思想与经验。方法:通过跟随赵薇教授抄方,收集整理其治疗该病的病案,从病因病机、治则治法以及遣方用药方面加以分析,并附验案一则。结果:赵薇教授认为本病主要责之脾肾,亦与血热、血瘀相关。治疗应分为两期:孕前中药四期调周,预培其损;孕后以补肾健脾为主进行安胎。两期联合穴位贴敷,内外同治。所举验案患者辨证为脾肾亏虚,孕前顺应阴阳变化中药调经,孕后补肾健脾、益气安胎,疗效颇佳。结论:赵薇教授治疗复发性流产强调孕前预培其损,孕后及时安胎,中药口服联合穴位贴敷,内外同治,疗效确切,值得推广。
Objective:To summarize Professor ZHAO Wei’s clinical thoughts and experience in treating recurrent spontaneous abortion.Methods:Through learning from Professor ZHAO Wei’s clinical work,the medical records of treating the disease by Professor ZHAO Wei were collected and sorted out,in order to analyze the etiology and pathogenesis,treatment therapies,prescriptions and medications.A empirical case was reported in the study.Results:Professor ZHAO Wei believes that the spleen and kidneys are the main culprits for this disease,and the disease is also related to blood heat and blood stasis.Its treatment should be divided into two phases,namely four stages treatment with TCM should be used before pregnancy to regulate the menstrual cycle,and strengthen body resistance;after pregnancy,the invigorating kidney and spleen therapy should be mainly performed for preventing miscarriages.The above two-phase treatment plus acupoint application can achieve the effects of both internal and external treatment.The empirical case was identified as the spleen and kidney deficiency,and was treated with TCM before pregnancy to adjust the changes of Yin-yang(阴阳)in order to regulate the menstrual cycle.After pregnancy,the therapy of invigorating the kidney and spleen,supplementing Qi(气)and nourishing blood was given to the patient.The effect was excellent.Conclusion:In the treatment of recurrent miscarriage,Professor ZHAO Wei emphasizes that strengthening body resistance before pregnancy,timely preventing miscarriages after pregnancy,applies TCM medicine oral administration plus acupoint application,namely performs both internal and external treatment.The curative effect is accurate,and it is worthy of promotion.
