摘要
本文的研究对象为西部某锌冶炼企业的氧压浸出渣,其硫品位为46.21%。在工艺矿物学研究的基础上,开展高硫渣浮选行为研究。通过对比试验确定以Z-200作为捕收剂,硫化钠+硫酸锌+亚硫酸钠作为组合抑制剂,石灰作为pH调整剂,MIBC作为起泡剂。在条件试验的基础上,确定最佳工艺流程为一次空白粗选、两次加药粗选、两次精选。经浮选闭路试验,获得硫品位91.25%、硫回收率90.56%的硫精矿,其中,精矿中硫磺品位为83.46%,硫磺回收率为99.99%。
The research object of this paper is the oxygen pressure leaching residue of a zinc smelting enterprise in the west,and its sulfur grade is 46.21%.Based on the research of process mineralogy,research on the flotation behavior of high-sulfur slag is carried out.Through comparative experiments,it is determined that Z-200 is used as a collector,sodium sulfide+zinc sulfate+sodium sulfite is used as a combined inhibitor,lime is used as a pH adjuster,and MIBC is used as a foaming agent.On the basis of the condition test,the best technological process is determined as one blank rough selection,two rough additions with medicine,and two selections.After the flotation closed circuit test,a sulfur concentrate with a sulfur grade of 91.25%and a sulfur recovery rate of 90.56%is obtained,among them,the sulfur grade in the concentrate is 83.46%,and the sulfur recovery rate is 99.99%.
