厨余垃圾快速物理干化工艺的应用试验研究

摘要 本试验以上海市某居民小区生活垃圾分类后的厨余垃圾为研究对象,应用厨余垃圾快速物理干化工艺,验证固体产出物的应用方向可行性,并对其产生的噪声、臭气进行评价。结果表明,厨余垃圾快速物理干化固体产出物可以实现厨余垃圾快速减量及无害化卫生要求,可作为后续资源化的原料,且环境影响风险很小,从无害化、减量化和资源化角度来看,其具有十分广阔的应用前景。 Taking kitchen waste after classification of household waste in a residential area in Shanghai as the research object,this experiment uses the rapid physical drying process of kitchen waste to verify the feasibility of the application direction of solid output,and evaluates the noise and odor produced by it.The results show that the rapid physical drying of kitchen waste can achieve rapid reduction of kitchen waste and the requirements of harmless hygiene,and can be used as a raw material for subsequent recycling,the environmental impact risk is small,from the perspective of harmlessness,reduction and resource utilization,it has very broad application prospects.
