摘要
本文参照现行养护规范将TPS高粘改性剂应用于薄层罩面混合料设计中,借鉴SMA级配设计方法完成CPA-10超薄罩面混合料级配设计,并对其路用性能进行检测,试验结果表明TPS高粘改性剂能有效改善超薄罩面混合料的高温性能、低温性能及抗水损性能,能保证集料与沥青之间具有优异的粘附性,能有效避免飞散现象,且超薄罩面混合料空隙率较大具有良好的排水降噪功能,是一种有效的预防养护手段。
In this paper,TPS high viscosity modifier is applied to the design of thin overlay mixture with reference to the current maintenance specifications,the thin overlay mixture is completed with reference to SMA grading design method,and its road performance is tested.The test results show that TPS high viscosity modifier can effectively improve the high-temperature performance,low-temperature performance and water loss resistance of thin overlay mixture,It can ensure excellent adhesion between aggregate and asphalt,effectively avoid flying,moreover,the thin overlay mixture has a large void ratio,so it has a good function of drainage and noise reduction,and it is an effective prevention maintenance means.
