摘要
以液压支架油缸新型热处理自动化线的水平淬火工艺为研究对象,针对热处理自动化线的应用,对比分析了水平淬火工艺与传统的垂直入液的淬火工艺,对淬火冷却时材料的组织变化、残余应力、变形因素等进行研究;通过改善热处理工艺参数,优化热应力及组织应力影响,从而达到硬度均匀,避免残余应力影响,变形量受控。
This paper takes the horizontal quenching process of the new heat treatment automation line of the hydraulic support cylinder as the research object. For the application of the heat treatment automation line, the horizontal quenching process and the traditional vertical quenching process are compared and analyzed. The structure change, residual stress and deformation factors of the material during quenching and cooling are studied. By improving the heat treatment process parameters, optimizing the effects of thermal stress and structural stress, uniform hardness can be achieved, residual stress effects can be avoided, and the amount of deformation can be controlled.
