摘要
文章在总结微塑料、可吸入颗粒物以及有潜在危害的微小物质特征的基础上,将其统归为微小污染物,分析微小污染物危害和污染的机制、监测、防控政策、认知历程的相似之处。以海洋微塑料监测为例,分析海洋微塑料的产生和影响机制,提出:建立微小污染物监测研究体系;开展微小污染物对生态系统影响的评估;建立前瞻性和长效支撑机制等管控建议。
The paper summarized the characteristics of micro-plastics,inhalable particulate matter,and potentially harmful micro-substances,classified them as micro-pollutants,and analyzed the similar mechanisms,monitoring,prevention and control policies,and cognitive history of micro-pollutants and pollution.Taking the monitoring of marine micro-plastics as an example,the study found that the cognitive stage of marine micro-plastics was at a critical stage between stages 6 and 7.It was suggested to establish micro-pollutant material monitoring research system,carry out micro-pollutant material impact assessment on ecosystem,and establish forward-looking and long-term supporting mechanism.
