岩溶区盾构带压开仓掌子面加固关键技术研究 被引量:3

摘要 针对盾构过岩溶区带压开仓常规加固所存在的弊端,以深圳地铁16号线龙龙区间为背景,研究注浆加固关键技术。通过试验配制具有一定胶凝性能的快凝低强度浆液,并利用研制的可伸缩液压注浆装置,将浆液直接快速输送至地层薄弱点,使其渗入掌子面岩土裂隙,实现掌子面整体加固、阻断外部来水和密封土仓高压气,快速稳固刀盘、土仓土体,同时做好盾尾止水,保证换刀安全。该方法与常规衡盾泥加固相比,经济效益显著,对复合地层、富水砂层、软塑或流塑性地层等不良地质中盾构带压开仓具有重要指导意义。 Considering the disadvantages of conventional reinforcement for shield tunneling through karst zone,the paper has studied the key technology of grouting reinforcement,taking the Longdongcun Station-Longnan Station section of Shenzhen Metro Line 16 as the background.Through compounding a range of gelation properties of quick-setting low intensity slurry,and using the telescopic hydraulic grouting device,we directly and quickly transported the slurry to the weak point of the stratum,making it penetrate into the rock and soil cracks of the face,realizing the overall reinforcement of the face,blocking the external water inflow,quickly stabilizing the soil of the earth chamber of the cutter head,and eventually doing a good job of sealing the water at the tail of the shield to ensure the safety of tool changing.Compared with conventional shield mud reinforcement,the method has significant economic benefits,and important guiding meanings for shield opening under pressure in poor geology such as composite formations,water-rich sand layers,soft plastic and fluid plastic formations.
