摘要
"十四五"时期,我国进入了新发展阶段,文化强国建设目标更加凸显,中华优秀传统文化传承工作被提上日程。基于实践中的思考,结合文献研究法和逻辑分析法,从重要价值、基本理念和具体路径3个方面分析和阐释体育在中华优秀传统文化传承中的重要作用。要从历史的、现实的、世界的、发展的维度认识体育在中华优秀传统文化传承中的重要价值。体育在中华优秀传统文化传承中要坚持创造性转化和创新性发展这一"双创"原则、要以促进青少年身心健康为核心目标、要以培育民族精神为深层目的、要以增强文化自信为最终追求。提出体育传承中华优秀传统文化的具体路径:以身体实践为根本手段、以学校体育为主阵地、以民族传统体育项目为载体、以中华体育精神为核心。希冀为进一步增强体育传承中华优秀传统文化的动力,为推动新时代学校体育传承与发展中华优秀传统文化提出建议。
During the 14th Five-year Plan period,China entered a new stage of development,and the goal of building a cultural power became more prominent.The inheritance of excellent traditional Chinese culture were placed in an important position.Based on thinking in practice,combined with literature research and logical analysis,this paper analyzes and explains the role and strategy of sports in inheriting Chinese excellent traditional culture from three aspects of important value,basic idea and specific path.We should understand the important value of sports in the inheritance of Chinese excellent traditional culture from the historical,realistic,world and development dimensions.Sports should adhere to the“entrepreneurship and innovation”principle of creative transformation and innovative development in the inheritance of Chinese excellent traditional culture,with promoting the physical and mental health of young people as the core goal,with spiritual cultivation as the deep purpose,and with enhancing cultural confidence as the ultimate pursuit.The specific path of sports inheritance of Chinese excellent traditional culture is thus put forward:It is necessary to use physical practice as the fundamental method,school sports as the frontier position,traditional national sports activities as the carrier,and Chinese sports spirit as the core.It is expected to further enhance the power of sports in the inheritance of Chinese excellent traditional culture education and provide suggestions for promoting the inheritance and development of Chinese excellent traditional culture in the new era.
