摘要
混合连续梁桥具有跨越能力大、桥下净空影响小的结构优势,被越来越多地应用在浙江平原湖泊地区。传统混合梁桥钢梁段多为整体式钢箱梁,在中小跨径桥梁中存在钢梁吊装困难和焊接施工环境差等不利条件。分离式钢箱梁很好地解决了以上问题,但其静力性能有待研究。本文以浙江长兴某混合梁桥为例,对采用分离式钢箱梁的混合梁桥静力性能进行分析,建立结合段局部有限元模型模拟了最不利弯矩工况下各构件的传力性能,并以最大正应力为指标对结合段性能进行评价。研究结果表明:结合段钢箱梁应力集中明显,需重点关注局部应力过大的问题;各构件应力满足强度要求,分离式钢箱梁适宜在混合梁结构中使用。
In recent years, the hybrid girder bridge is widely used in the lake area across the plain in Zhejiang owing to its structural advantages of great spanning capacity and little effect of underneath clearance.Most of the traditional hybrid girder is integral steel box girder, which has the disadvantages of steel beam hoisting being difficult and harsh environment of welding construction when applied to middle and small span bridge.The separated steel box girder has solved this problem, but its static performance is unsettled.In this paper, a hybrid girder bridge in Changxing, Zhejiang is taken for example, the static performance of the hybrid girder bridge which adopts the separated steel box girder is analyzed, the force-transfer property of each component under most unfavorable bending moment is simulated by building partial finite element model.Then, the performance of the joint section is evaluated by taking the maximum normal stress as the indicator.The results show that there is significant stress concentration of the steel box girder in the joint section, and the stress of the PBL plate is relatively large, which needs special attention;other component of the joint section basically meets the stress requirements.The results indicate that multiple steel box girder is suitable for use.
