摘要
埃及是21世纪海上丝绸之路的重要枢纽,是中国在中东地区和阿拉伯地区推进“一带一路”建设的支点国家之一,而基础设施互联互通是“一带一路”建设的优先领域。基础设施建设薄弱、新型基建发展滞后等是中埃两国合作的主要障碍。基于此,本文提出中埃双方应进一步完善投融资机制、加强重点基建项目对接、探索三方合作模式、将新型基础设施建设合作作为合作的新方向等建议。
Egypt is an important hub of the 21st Century Maritime Silk Road and one of the pivotal countries for China to promote the“Belt and Road”construction in the Middle East and Arab regions,and infrastructure interconnection is a priority area of the“Belt and Road”construction.Weak infrastructure construction and the lagging development of new infrastructure are the major obstacles to the cooperation between the two countries.In view of this,this article proposes that China and Egypt should further perfect the investment and financing mechanism,strengthen the docking of key infrastructure projects,explore the tripartite cooperation model,and take the new-type infrastructure construction cooperation as the new direction.
