摘要
为了提高生产效率、解决农民的贫困问题、打破敌伪的经济封锁,盐阜抗日根据地积极组织动员农民参加互助合作,帮助农民制订按家计划,制订合理的分配、记工制度,合理安排剩余劳动力,劳武结合防止敌伪破坏。针对互助合作中出现的问题,根据地采取了一定的应对措施:坚持自愿互利、因地制宜开展互助;加强宣传教育,打通干部、群众思想;坚持正确的组织路线,确立贫农优势;完善各种制度,确保公平合理。盐阜区互助合作运动推动了生产发展并增加了社会财富,调整了农村中的生产关系,增强了基层干部的劳动观念,也减轻了人民负担。
In order to improve production efficiency,solve the poverty problem of farmers and break the economic blockade of the enemy and puppets,Yanfu anti-Japanese base area actively organized and mobilized farmers to participate in mutual aid and cooperation,helped farmers formulate family plans,formulated a reasonable distribution and work recording system,reasonably arranged the surplus labor force,and combined labor and force to prevent the destruction of the enemy and puppets.In view of the problems in mutual aid and cooperation,the base areas had taken certain countermeasures;Adhere to voluntary mutual benefit and carry out mutual assistance according to local conditions;Strengthen publicity and education to get through the thoughts of cadres and the masses;Stick to the correct organizational line and identify the advantages of poor peasants;Improve various systems to ensure fairness and rationality.The mutual aid and cooperation movement in Yanfu District promoted the development of production,increased social wealth,adjusted the production relations in rural areas,strengthened the labor concept of grass-roots cadres and lightened the burden on the people.
