广东始兴枇杷叶总黄酮提取工艺研究 被引量:1

摘要 以广东始兴枇杷叶为研究对象,以其总黄酮提取率为指标,探究了料液比、超声时间、乙醇体积分数、超声温度等因素对枇杷叶总黄酮提取率的影响,并利用Box-Behnken试验设计优化了提取工艺。结果表明,始兴枇杷叶总黄酮提取的最佳工艺是:超声温度64℃、超声时间54 min、乙醇体积分数62%、料液比1∶26 g/mL。在此条件下,总黄酮的实际提取率达3.68%,为广东始兴枇杷叶的综合开发利用提供了一定的科学参考。 This paper takes the loquat leaves in Shixing as the research object,takes the extraction rate of total flavonoids as the index,and explores the effects of material-liquid ratio,ultrasonic time,ethanol volume fraction,ultrasonic temperature and other factors on the extraction rate of total flavonoids from loquat leaves,and optimizes the extraction process by Box-Behnken design.The results showed that the optimum extraction process of total flavonoids from Shixing loquat leaves was as follows:ultrasonic temperature 64℃,ultrasonic time 54 mins,ethanol volume fraction 62%,and solid-liquid ratio 1∶26 g/mL.Under these conditions,the actual extraction rate of total flavonoids is 3.68%,which can provide scientific reference for the development and utilization of loquat leaves in Shixing,Guangdong.
