摘要
为了研究具有常年冷负荷的医院类建筑采用冷却塔供冷的节能潜力,针对医院建筑的能耗特点,本文构建了冷却塔供冷系统模型,研究了冷却塔供冷系统的节能潜力及优化运行策略,并分析建筑冷负荷变化特点,研究确定最不利房间的冷冻水供水温度,在此基础上提出了系统在不同冷负荷率下适合冷却塔供冷的临界切换温度的确定方法。以系统效率最高为目标,提出冷却塔供冷系统优化运行策略,分析了切换温度的变化规律,对实际医院进行冷却塔供冷节能潜力评估。结果表明:该医院冷却塔全年可供冷时长为2983 h,相比于全年冷水机组供冷,累计节能量4.61×10^(5) kW·h,总节能率5.1%,具有较好的节能效果。
In order to study the energy-saving potential of tower cooling for hospital buildings with perennial cooling load,a tower cooling system model is built according to the energy consumption characteristics of hospital buildings.Based on the study of cooling load variation characteristics and determination of chilled water supply temperature in the most unfavorable room,a method to determine the critical switching temperature of tower cooling for cooling area in the whole year under different load rates is proposed.Aiming at the highest efficiency of the system,the optimal operation strategy of variable cooling water flow is proposed and the change rule of switchover temperature is analyzed.The energy-saving potential of a real hospital is evaluated and the results show that the cooling time of the cooling tower in the hospital is 2983 hours,the cumulative energy saving is 4.61×10^(5) kW·h,and the total energy saving rate is 5.1%,which shows good energy-saving.
