基于电蓄热炉的氧化铝结构陶瓷绝缘性能实验分析及应用

摘要 针对氧化铝结构陶瓷,选取目前国内市场上应用较为广泛且氧化铝含量在75%~99%的5组陶瓷样品,在高温条件下进行绝缘性测试。以实验结果为依据,选出符合要求的氧化铝陶瓷材料,并应用于电蓄热炉的电加热丝套管材料中,取得了较为理想的实际效果。 Five sets samples of ceramic widely used in the domestic market with 75%to 99%alumina content were selected to carry out the insulation test at high temperatures.Based on the experimental results,the alumina ceramic materials that meet the requirement are selected and applied to the electrical heating wire bushing materials of the electric regenerative boiler,and the practical results are satisfactory.
