摘要 明确数字资源的产权归属是促进数字经济发展的重要前提,区块链技术具有分布式、去中心化、不可篡改等特性,对数字资源确权、交易起了非常积极的作用。本文探讨了数字资源产权的界定问题,并阐述区块链技术用于数字资源确权与交易的原理。设计基于区块链的数字资源确权与交易方案,提出“元数据+云存储”的资源访问与存储模式,详细设计元数据信息表。构建基于区块链的确权与交易方案的实施框架,阐述确权与交易的业务流程,提出采用基于“提名权益证明(NPOS)”的共识机制。本文对该方案进行了整体分析,认为该方案具有良好的科学性、安全性及可行性,对其他相关项目的研究具有参考价值。 Clarifying the ownership of property rights of digital resources is an important prerequisite for promoting the development of digital economy.Blockchain technology has the characteristics of distribution,decentralization and non-tampering,which plays a very positive role in the confirmation and transaction of digital resources.This paper discusses the problem of defining the property rights of digital resources,and expounds the principle of blockchain technology used in the confirmation and transaction of digital resources.It constructs the scheme of digital resource right confirmation and transaction based on blockchain,proposes the resource access and storage mode of"metadata+cloud storage",and designs the metadata information table in detail.Thirdly,it constructs the implementation framework of the scheme,expounds the business process of right confirmation and transaction,and proposes a consensus mechanism based on"Nominated Proof of Stake(NPOS)".The paper analyzes the scheme as a whole,and thinks that the scheme is scientific,safe and feasible,which has reference value for the research of other related projects.
