摘要
介绍了基于光谱识别的LF氩气底吹自适应控制原理和系统构成,模拟人工视觉操作氩气流量调节过程,采用串级PID控制LF底吹氩气流量,以最低的氩气消耗量获得最佳钢水搅拌效果。
Introduced the LF argon bottom blowing adaptive control principle and system composition based on spectrum recognition,simulating the artificial visual operation of the argon flow adjustment process,using cascade PID to control the LF bottom blowing argon flow,and obtaining the good mixing effect of molten steel with the lowest argon consumption.
