摘要
系泊锚机是1500 m深水半潜式生产储油平台的关键装备之一,其电控系统要求可靠性高、布置紧凑、智能化水平高。文章通过分析深水半潜式生产储油平台系泊系统组成、锚机的结构、电控系统所要求功能,划分出功能模块,选择可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)及现场总线的技术思路,进行设备布置、网络架构、硬软件的选择,设计出一套电控系统,实现了系泊系统的信号采集、锚机的手自动操作、安全保护及声光报警等功能。采用该电控系统的锚机在中国第一个深水半潜式生产储油平台上得到了很好的应用。
The mooring windlass is one of the key equipment of the semi-submersible production and storage platform at 1500 m under water.Its electric control system requires high reliability,compact layout and high level intelligence.By analyzing the composition of the mooring system,the structure of the windlass and the required functions of the electric control system,this paper divided the functional modules of the deep-water floating production storage platform and selected the technical idea of programmable logic controller(PLC)and fieldbus.It also determined the equipment layout,network architecture as well as hardware and software,accompanied with a set of electric control system.In this way,it realized the signal acquisition,the manual and automatic operation of windlass,safety protection as well as audible and visual alarm.The windlass using the eletric control system has been well applied on the first deepwater semi-submersible production and storage platform in China.
