摘要
随着对肠道菌群的研究深入,越来越多证据表明肠道菌群的失调可导致多种疾病的发生。作为目前的研究热点,刘铁军教授基于"脏毒腑秽学说",提出以"通腑除秽法"调节肠道菌群失调,切断肠肝循环,使得人体阴阳趋向正常,达到治愈疾病的目的。通腑除秽法通过对人体机能盛衰的判断和观察大便性状的改变,予以不同剂量的通腑药物,以通为补,以泻代清,通腑祛邪,除秽排毒,使得机体腑气通畅,气机调和,以期为中医创新学说的提出提供理论基础和临床佐证。
In recent years,with the in-depth research on intestinal flora,more and more evidences show that the imbalance of intestinal flora can lead to a variety of diseases.As a current research hotspot,Professor Liu Tiejun,based on the theory of zang-viscera toxin and fu-viscera filth,proposes to regulate the imbalance of intestinal flora and cut off the enterohepatic circulation so as to make yin and yang of the human body tend to be normal and achieve the purpose of curing diseases.By presenting two medical cases,this paper expounds the specific application of the method of of purging fu-viscera to remove filth in the treatment of liver cancer complicated with intestinal flora imbalance.The study shows that on the basis of the theory and judging the rise and fall of human’s physiological functions and observing the change of stool conditions,different doses of drugs may be administered to purge the fu viscera and remove filth and expel toxins,making the qi movement in the fu viscera unobstructed and harmonious.This study is expected to provide a theoretical basis and clinical evidence for bringing about more innovative theories of traditional Chinese medicine.
