摘要
《内经》所言三焦有不同含义:一是按《周易》卦象兼三才而两之的特点把人体分为上、中、下焦及所属脏腑,借以阐释营卫生成、分布与作用;二是以三极三焦所居脏腑为基础,协同发挥生理效能,使气血如雾般地弥漫全身,饮食物似酿酒一样慢慢腐熟,其清者化生为气血,其浊者化为二便经由传道排出;三是脏腑三焦,为六腑之一,位居膈下,其形态是由腹膜构成的一个类似橐龠体,为人体元气和水液通行的广大空间。
The concept sanjiao put forth in Huangdi Neijing (Inner Canon of Huangdi) has different meanings.The first refers to that the human body is divided into upper,middle,lower jiao and their corresponding zang-fu viscera according to the characteristics of the divinatory symbols and the paired three elements in Zhou Yi (Book of Changes),so as to explain the generation,distribution and functions of nutrient qi and defensive qi.Second,based on the zang-fu viscera inhabited by the three poles and sanjiao,sanjiao is used to refer to their synergistic effects that make the qi and blood permeate the whole body like a mist,and the food and water slowly decompose like wine,leaving the clear ones to transform into qi and blood,and the turbid ones to transform into urine and feces,which are discharged through the excretory openings.Third,it refers to the viscera sanjiao,one of the six fu viscera located under the diaphragm,whose shape is like a blower formed by the peritoneum and which provides a vast space for the body’s vitality qi and water fluid to pass through.
