摘要
为实现光谱数据高效稳定的采集、存储、传输及显示,提出了基于线阵CCD与小波去噪的光谱数据采集系统的实现方法。系统完全依靠FPGA控制线阵CCD模块及AD转化模块、信号调理模块、电源模块,完成光谱数据采集、存储。通过USB2.0接口将数据稳定传输至上位机,对光谱数据进行中值与小波混合算法去噪处理,最终获取光谱曲线。系统使用标准卤钨灯进行测试,测试结果表明,系统能够实现光谱信息采集、传输和显示。通过对比中值滤波、均值滤波、小波阈值去噪和混合去噪算法的去噪效果,混合算法信噪比分别提高了3.9%、2.5%和1.8%。
In order to achieve the efficient and stable collection, storage, transmission and display of spectral data, an implementation method of spectral data acquisition system based on linear CCD and wavelet denoising is proposed. The system completely depending on FPGA to control the linear array CCD module, AD conversion module, signal conditioning module, power supply module to accomplish collection and storage of spectral data. The spectral curve is obtained by using median-wavelet hybrid denoising algorithm and transmitting the data to the host computer through the USB2.0 interface. The system uses standard tungsten halogen lamps for measurement. The measurement results show the system can achieve spectral information collection, transmission and display. By comparing the denoising effects of median filtering, wavelet threshold denoising and hybrid denoising algorithm, the signal-to-noise ratio of the hybrid algorithm is increased by 3.9%,2.5%and 1.8%, respectively.
