摘要
随着移动互联网的广泛应用,智能化、移动化的平台型媒体成为公众获取信息的主渠道;平台型媒体多主体、多渠道和重关系特性,使之成为各类非主流意识形态传播的新平台。平台型媒体的内容倾向性和所有权不平衡,加剧了意识形态的复杂性和研判难度。做好意识形态研判,是党的意识形态工作中一个十分重要的环节,是党开展意识形态工作的基础。当前做好意识形态研判,要从平台型媒体的传播特点入手,创新工作原则:闻风而动,善抓苗头风向;明察实质,辨析主流与支流;科学分析,尊重舆论传播规律;引领方向,务求工作实效。做好意识形态研判应抓住四条关键路径:持续跟踪社会变动,及时把握意识形态走向;准确判断事件属性,分类处置各种舆情事件;善用智能技术,寻找规律提高研判精度;完善意识形态联动机制,坚持主动作为。
With the wide use of mobile Internet, platisher with intelligent and mobile features has become the main channel for the Chinese public, and platisher has also become the main battlefield in the struggle for pluralistic ideology. Ideological analysis is a very important part and the basis in the ideological propaganda of the C.P.C. Aiming at ideological propaganda at present, we should adapt to the characteristics of platforms. First, we should abide by the four basic principles: innovative principles;grasp the ideological trend quickly;distinguish mainstream and tributary;lead the direction actively. Second, we should follow four key paths: track social changes continuously;classify disposal of public opinion events;improve research and judgment accuracy;improve the ideological analysis and judgment mechanism.
