摘要
基于用户要素体验模型,将相关工作融入战略层、范围层、结构层、框架层、表现层级,充分识别各类产品质量特性,搭建基于用户体验的产品要素框架,将用户体验理念融入企业战略、组织、流程、营销等全过程,以及质量、成本、资源配置、风险管控等各运营支持领域,进一步推进用户体验的产品要素框架落地。针对产品要素特征,从设计、生产、销售、服务等环节提升产品质量特性的相关工作,从市场需求辨识、销售合同签订、工程项目执行、客户运维等识别业务链,推动产品持续改进,提升用户体验。
Based on the user element experience model,relevant work is integrated into the strategy layer,scope layer,structure layer,framework layer,and performance layer,to fully identify various product quality characteristics,and build a product element framework based on user experience.The concept of user experience is integrated into the whole process of corporate strategy,organization,process,and marketing,as well as various operational support areas such as quality,cost,resource allocation,and risk control,to further promote the implementation of the product element framework of user experience.In view of the characteristics of product elements,related work to improve product quality characteristics is performed from design,production,sales,service,etc.,to identify business chains from market demand identification,sales contract signing,project execution,customer operation and maintenance,etc.,to promote continuous product improvement and upgrade user experience.
