摘要
目的通过建立体检中心流程管理质量控制模式,探索精细化流程管理在体检工作中的效果。方法确定标准化运作目标,组织体检中心与相关协作科室医护人员,建立操作流程,进行学习、培训、实施和持续优化,并对实施前后的满意度、工作效率、质量控制等方面进行统计分析。结果实施流程管理质量控制模式后客户满意度提升,体检结果准确率、及时率得以提高,主检和体检报告加快,避免了重要异常结果干预和管理的拖延、遗漏。结论流程管理适合健康管理科与各学科、各部门之间的一体化运作,质量控制效果明显,员工认可,客户满意,提高了工作效率,提升了科室品牌。
Objective To explore the effect of refined process management in the physical examination work by establishing a process management quality control model for the physical examination center.Methods Determine standardized operation objectives,organize the medical examination center and relevant collaboration departments,establish operating procedures,and conduct learning,training,implementation and continuous optimization.It also conducts statistical analysis on satisfaction,work efficiency,quality control,etc.before and after implementation.Results After the implementation of the process management quality control model,customer satisfaction increased,the accuracy and timely rate of physical examination results were improved,the main examination and physical examination reports were accelerated,and delays and omissions in the intervention and management of important abnormal results were avoided.Conclusion Process management is suitable for the integrated operation between the health management department and various disciplines and departments.The quality control effect is obvious,the employees are recognized,and the customers are satisfied.It improves work efficiency and enhances the brand of the department.
