摘要
目的分析苏州工业园区2020年新生儿复苏培训前后区内医疗保健机构医务人员对技术掌握情况,为后续妇幼卫生管理工作提供依据。方法对2020年12月20—31日苏州工业园区举办新生儿复苏培训前后医务人员新生儿复苏理论基础、技能操作掌握程度和新生儿复苏自信心自评得分进行分析。结果培训前后医务人员在完成快速评估、进行初步复苏、正确进行气囊面罩正压人工通气和正确进行胸外按压等方面的自信心得分较培训前得分有极大提升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在正确进行气管插管、小组间有效沟通和协作方面的自信心得分较低;而在脐静脉插管技术方面的自信心得分最低。培训后医务人员的专业基础知识考核与操作技能考核得分均明显高于培训前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论工业园区新生儿复苏培训提升了辖区内各级医疗保健机构内医务人员相关技术水平,应作为妇幼卫生管理工作的重点内容继续积极推进。
Objective Analyze the technical mastery of the medical staff of the medical and health care institutions in the Suzhou Industrial Park before and after the 2020 neonatal resuscitation training to provide a basis for the follow-up maternal and child health management.Methods From December 20 to 31,2020,the neonatal resuscitation theoretical basis,skill operation mastery,and self-assessment scores of neonatal resuscitation self-confidence of medical staff before and after the neonatal resuscitation training held in Suzhou Industrial Park were analyzed.Results Before and after the training,the self-confidence scores of medical staff in completing rapid assessments,performing initial resuscitation,correct airbag mask positive pressure ventilation,and correct chest compressions were greatly improved compared with their pre-training scores,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the scores of self-confidence in proper endotracheal intubation,effective communication and collaboration between groups were low.And the self-confidence score was the lowest in the technique of umbilical vein catheterization.After the training,the medical staff's professional basic knowledge assessment and operational skills assessment scores were significantly higher than those before the training,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Newborn resuscitation training in the industrial park has improved the relevant technical level of medical personnel in all levels of medical and health care institutions in the jurisdiction,and should continue to be actively promoted as a key content of maternal and child health management.
