摘要
以IH(感应加热)电饭煲的传导骚扰测量数据重复性和复现性为出发点,介绍了IH电饭煲的工作原理,通过实例说明了IH电饭煲使用步进式EMI(电磁干扰)接收机进行传导骚扰测试时存在的测量数据重复性差、测试时间长问题。指出采用基于FFT(快速傅里叶变换)的EMI接收机,且测量时间不短于最大的脉冲重复间隔周期,可快速测定间歇性工作产品产生的间歇性信号的最大传导骚扰值。
Taking the repeatability and reproducibility of conducted disturbance measurement data of IH (induction heating) cooker as a starting point,this paper introduces the operating characteristic of IH cooker,and the problems of poor repeatability of measurd data and long test time in conducted disturbance measurements of IH cooker using stepping EMI (electromagnetic interference) receiver are illustrated by examples.It is pointed out that using the EMI receiver based on FFT (fast Fourier transform) and the measurement time is not less than the maximum pulse-repetition interval of the impulsive signal,the maximum conducted disturbance value of intermittent signals generated by intermittent operating products can be measured quickly.
