摘要
实时MRI是一种快速实时监测动态生理过程的成像技术。食管实时MRI利用动态MRI序列显示吞咽过程中的食管运动以及食管内容物传输和反流情况,能够直观地显示胃食管交界区的解剖结构,可以对his角、食管宽度、下食管括约肌长度等功能性参数进行分析,并能够显示静态MRI或内镜下隐匿的食管裂孔疝,可作为一种辅助诊断工具。就食管实时MRI评估胃食管反流病的应用进展予以综述。
Real-time MRI is a fast imaging technique for real time monitoring dynamic physiological processes.Esophageal real-time MRI can display esophageal motion,transmission,and reflux of esophageal contents in the process of swallowing through dynamic MRI sequence.It can be used to visually observe the anatomical structure of the gastroesophageal junction,analyze functional parameters such as the angle of His,esophageal width,and lower esophageal sphincter length,and display occult hiatal hernia that cannot be detected by static MRI or endoscopy.It can be used as an auxiliary diagnostic tool.This paper reviews the application of esophageal real-time MRI in evaluating gastroesophageal reflux disease.
