摘要
利用陕西省咸阳市武功县气象站1991-2020年地面观测资料,采用数理统计等方法,分析杨凌9月的气候特点以及高影响天气的发生规律。研究表明:降水是影响十四运会赛事举办的重要气象因素,杨凌9月降水频率较高,月平均降水日数11.7 d,月平均出现1.1次连阴雨过程;9月上旬气温仍较高,日最高气温超过30℃的月平均日数3.8 d,出现在上、中、下旬的概率分别为73%、22%、5%,赛事筹备应充分考虑气温因素,做好防暑防晒工作;9月风速以微风为主,2 min平均风速为1.2 m/s,极大风速平均为5.5 m/s,极大风速方向以偏东风为主,其次为偏西风,9月平均出现雾的日数为1.7 d,赛事筹备、赛程安排应同时考虑可能出现的瞬时风速较大、低能见度等的不利影响。
Based on the surface observation data of Wugong County Meteorological Station in Xianyang City,Shaanxi Province from 1991 to 2020,mathematical statistics and other methods are used to analyze the climatic characteristics and the occurrence law of high impact weather in Yangling in September.The study shows that precipitation is an important meteorological factor affecting the holding of the 14th National Games.Yangling has a high precipitation frequency in September,with an average monthly precipitation of 11.7 days and an average of 1.1 consecutive rainy days.The temperature is still high in the first ten days of September.The monthly average number of days with the highest daily temperature exceeding 30℃is 3.8 days,and the probability of appearing in the first,middle and late ten days is 73%,22%and 5%,respectively.The factors of temperature should be fully considered in the preparation of the competition.Do a good job of heat and sun protection.The wind speed in September is mainly light wind,the average wind speed in 2 minutes is 1.2 m/s,the average maximum wind speed is 5.5 m/s,the direction of maximum wind speed is mainly easterly wind,followed by westerly wind,and the average number of days of fog in September is 1.7 days.The adverse effects of high instantaneous wind speed and low visibility should be taken into account in the preparation and schedule of the competition.
