摘要
目的:探讨COX健康行为互动模式(IMCHB)对老年原发性高血压患者自护能力及生活质量的影响。方法:选取2018年5月1日~2021年1月31日收治的126例老年原发性高血压患者,采用随机数字表法分为常规组和实验组各63例,常规组采用常规护理,实验组在常规护理基础上采用IMCHB;比较两组干预前后自护能力[采用自我护理能力测量量表(ESCA)]、自我管理行为、生活质量[采用健康调查简表(SF-36)]、护理满意度。结果:干预后,两组ESCA中自护责任感、自我概念、健康知识水平、自护技能评分均高于干预前(P<0.05),且实验组高于常规组(P<0.01);干预后,两组自我管理行为评分、SF-36评分高于干预前(P<0.01),且实验组均高于常规组(P<0.01);实验组护理满意度高于常规组(P<0.01)。结论:将IMCHB应用于老年原发性高血压患者中,可增强其自护能力,改善自我管理行为,提高生活质量及护理满意度。
Objective:To explore the effect of COX health behavior interaction(IMCHB)on the protection ability and quality of life in elderly patients with essential hypertension Methods:A total of 126 elderly patients with essential hypertension admitted during May 1,2018 to January 31,2021 were selected,and were divided by the random number table method into the rouytine group and the experimental group wuth 63 cases each.The routine group was given routine nursing,the experimental group on the basis of routine nursing was given IMCHB;Comparison was made between the two groups before and after the intervention on nursing ability by the self-care ability scale(ESCA),self management behavior,quality of life by health survey profiles(SF-36)and nursing satisfaction.Results:After the intervention,the scores of ESCA including the self-protection sense of responsibility,self concept,health knowledge level,the self-protection skills were higher in both groups than those before intervention(P<0.05),and those in the experimental group were higher than those in the routine group(P<0.01);After the intervention,the scores of self-management behavior and SF-36 were higher than those before the intervention(P<0.01),and those in the experimental group were higher than those in the routine group(P<0.01);The nursing satisfaction wa higher in the experimental group than that in the routine group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The application of IMCHB in elderly patients with essential hypertension can enhance their self nursing ability,improve their self management behavior,and improve their quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
