摘要
针对现有城市公共交通服务水平评价方法存在的不足,提出基于网络分析法(Analytic Network Process,ANP)和二阶正态云组合模型的评价方法。首先,考虑指标间的相互关联,使用网络分析法确定各级指标的权值;其次,运用黄金分割率法建立标准评价指标评语集,结合逆向云算法计算出指标的云数字特征;最后,将ANP-云模型计算出的数字特征与标准评语集进行对比,得到城市公共交通服务水平等级。并以青岛市为例进行分析,所得评价结果与实际调查结果基本一致,二者都表明青岛市公共交通服务整体为中等以上水平,验证了方法的可行性和有效性。
For the shortcomings of existing urban transit service evaluation methods,an evaluation method based on the Analytic Network Process (ANP) and second-order normal cloud combination model is proposed.Firstly,considering the inter-relationship between each indicators the ANP method is used to determine the weights of indicators at all levels.Secondly,the golden section rate method is used to establish a standard evaluation index review set and the inverse cloud algorithm is used to calculate the cloud digital characteristics of the indicators.Finally by comparing the digital features calculated by the ANP-cloud model with the standard commentary the urban transit service level is obtained.The level is graded.In the Meanwhile,taking Qingdao as an example,the evaluation results are basically consistent with the actual survey results.Both indicate that the overall bus service in Qingdao is above the medium level,which verifies the effectiveness and feasibility of the method.
