摘要
为了研究涡流管结构参数与操作参数的特性,并寻找最佳制冷工况与结构参数,搭建了涡流管性能测试实验台,研究以二氧化碳作为工质,进口压力在0.2~0.6 MPa、冷流率在0.1~0.9范围,喷嘴流道数(N=3~6)对涡流管能量分离性能的影响。试验研究表明,制冷、制热效应在0.4 MPa达到峰值后出现下降,冷流率为0.4时最佳制冷温度效应24.8℃,冷流率为0.9时最佳制热温度效应32.0℃;当进口压力为0.4 MPa时,3流道喷嘴性能较差,6流道喷嘴性能最好。
In order to study the characteristics of the structural parameters and operating parameters of the vortex tubes and find the best cooling conditions and structural parameters,the vortex tube performance test bench was built to study the effects of carbon dioxide as the working fluid,the inlet pressure in the range of 0.2~0.6 MPa,the cold flow rate in the range of 0.1~0.9,and the number of nozzle channels(N=3~6)on the energy separation performance of the vortex tube.Experimental research results show that the cooling and heating effects decrease after reaching the peak value at 0.4 MPa.The best cooling effect is at 24.8℃when the cold flow rate is 0.4,when the cold flow rate is 0.9,the best heating temperature effect is at 32.0℃.When the inlet pressure is 0.4 MPa,the performance of the 3-channel nozzle is poor,and the performance of the 6-channel nozzle is the best.
