摘要 随着社会经济的高速发展,人们对干旱预警与应急处置的要求越来越高。重庆市旱情有频次高、程度重、范围广、影响大等特点,自21世纪以来,2006年、2011年、2017年、2019年等多个年份均发生了大面积干旱,造成了巨大经济损失,对人民群众的生产生活和经济发展带来严重影响。选择重庆市典型易旱区为研究区,建立适宜且可操作的干旱预警技术方法与工作框架,为重庆市水资源管理、抗旱减灾与水安全保障工作提供有力支持。 Along with rapid development of society and economy, higher requirements are placed on early warning and emergency response to drought disasters. In Chongqing, drought is featured as high frequency, heavy degree, wide range and great impact. Since the 21 st century, large-scale drought has occurred in many years such as 2006, 2011,2017 and 2019, resulting in huge economic losses and serious impact on the production, life and economic development of the people. The typical drought prone areas in Chongqing are selected as study subject to find out appropriate technical methods for early warning and work framework, so as to provide strong support for water resources management, drought relief and disaster reduction as well as water security in Chongqing Municipality.
