摘要
本文以酒钢CSP热轧基板生产冲压用冷轧薄板DC03钢为研究对象,分析了检验中针对DC03的缺陷、不合格、专有的数据指标与检验本身及生产工艺的影响因素的关系;并提出了存在的问题及可能改进的措施。
This paper takes the cold-rolled sheet DC03 steel used for stamping in the production of JISCO CSP hot-rolled substrates as the research object and analyzes the relationship between the defects,unqualified and proprietary data indicators of DC03 in the inspection and the influencing factors of the inspection itself and the production process;and puts forward the existing problems and possible improvement measures.
