摘要
为做好煤矿突发情况的应急救援工作,基于近年来煤矿应急救援工作取得的主要发展和进步,研究了一种煤矿应急救援信息管理与决策系统,设计了该系统的主要结构与各部分的主要功能,总结了该系统主要用到的两类软件,重点对不同时间段救援信息的传递情况进行了分析,并进行了现场模拟演练测试,实际测试结果表明,该系统能很好地应对矿井突发情况,满足矿井应急情况救援需求,最大限度地降低矿井突发情况引发的人员财产损失,更好地保障矿井安全生产。
In order to do a good job of emergency rescue in coal mine,based on the major development and progress of emergency rescue in coal mine in recent years,a coal mine emergency rescue information management and decision-making system is studied,the main structure and main functions of each part of the system are designed,two types of software used in the system are summarized,the transmission of rescue information in different time periods is emphatically analyzed,and field simulation tests are carried out.The actual test results show that the system can well cope with mine emergencies,meet the needs of mine emergency rescue,minimize the loss of personnel and property caused by mine emergencies,and better ensure mine safety in production.
