摘要
从技术关联和投入产出关联两个维度归纳分析了产业关联在不同水平区间对制造业产业结构优化升级的差异化作用机制,并基于中国2000—2013年287个地级市面板数据,实证检验了产业关联对制造业产业结构优化升级的线性效应和非线性效应。研究发现:技术关联能够同时促进制造业产业结构合理化和高度化,技术关联越强,促进制造业产业结构合理化的效应越突出;技术关联越弱,促进制造业产业结构高度化的效应越突出。投入产出关联在较低水平下对制造业产业结构合理化和高度化均有促进作用,在较高水平下对制造业产业结构合理化的作用相反,对高度化的作用则不显著。最后,从加强产业共性技术研发、适度产业链招商、丰富产业发展方向、疏通国内大循环等四个方面对具有不同产业关联水平的地区提出了具针对性的对策建议。
This paper inductively proposed the differentiated impact mechanisms of industrial relatedness at different levels on manufacturing structural optimization and upgrading from two dimensions: technological and vertical relatedness. We empirically tested the linear and nonlinear effects of industrial relatedness on manufacturing structural optimization and upgrading based on a panel data of 287 prefecture-level cities from 2000 to 2013. The results showed that:( 1) Technological relatedness can simultaneously promote the rationalization and advancement of manufacturing structures. The stronger technological relatedness is,the more prominent the effect of promoting manufacturing structural rationalization. The weaker technological relatedness is,the more prominent the effect of promoting manufacturing structural advancement.( 2) Vertical relatedness has a promoting effect on both rationalization and advancement of manufacturing structures at lower levels,and an opposite effect on rationalization and an insignificant effect on advancement at higher levels. Finally,we propose countermeasures for regions with different levels of industrial relatedness from four aspects,including strengthening R&D of industrial generic technique,attracting industrial chain investment moderately,enriching industrial development direction,and unblocking domestic circulation.
