摘要
研制了一种用于水工混凝土止水堵漏的新型无溶剂聚氨酯灌浆材料,研究了胺类固化剂对固化时间的影响,以及1,4-丁二醇、聚醚多元醇等不同配比对其力学性能的影响。结果表明,当有机胺用量不小于4.2%,1,4-丁二醇用量在6%~8%之间,聚醚多元醇用量为25.8%~31.6%时,制得的无溶剂聚氨酯灌浆材料60%形变抗压强度不小于35.2 MPa,拉伸强度不小于31.5 MPa,黏接强度不小于2.0 MPa,材料综合性能优良,满足了水工混凝土裂缝防渗堵漏的需要。
A new type of solvent-free polyurethane grouting material used in hydraulic structures for water sealing was developed.The effect of amine curing agent on curing time was studied,and the effects of different ratios of 1,4-butanediol and polyether polyol on its mechanical properties were studied too.The results showed that:when the content of amine is not less than 4.2%,the content of 1,4-butanediol is between 6%and 8%,and the content of polyether polyol is between 25.8%and 31.6%,the obtained solvent-free polyurethane grouting material has the 60%deformation compressive strength≥35.2 MPa,tensile strength≥31.5 MPa,adhesive strength≥2.0 MPa,and the comprehensive performance of the material is excellent,which meets the need of anti-seepage and plugging of hydraulic concrete cracks.
