摘要
乡村兴则国家兴。中国属于传统农业大国,虽然在社会的高速发展推动下逐步摆脱了对传统农业的依赖,但乡村仍然是国家的主要结构之一。伴随着中国社会经济水平的不断提高,特别是乡村振兴战略的提出,对农村经济的发展形势也提出了更高的要求,传统的农村经营管理模式逐渐暴露出诸多问题。农村经营管理主要是优化农业资源、调整农业生产布局,其目的是实现农业产业的可持续发展,是实现农村经济可持续发展、推动乡村振兴战略的重要举措。在阐述农村经营管理含义的基础上,指出了开展农村经营管理工作的意义,分析了当前农村经营管理中存在的问题,并提出了推进农村经营管理的对策建议。
If the countryside prospers,the country prospers.China is a large country with traditional agriculture.Although driven by the rapid development of society,China has gradually gotten rid of its dependence on traditional agriculture,but the countryside is still one of the main structures of China.With the continuous improvement of China's social and economic level,especially the proposal of rural revitalization strategy,the higher requirements for the development situation of rural economy were put forward,and the traditional rural management mode has gradually exposed many problems.Rural operation and management is mainly to optimize agricultural resources and adjust the layout of agricultural production with the goal of realizing the sustainable development of agricultural industry,and it is an important measure to realize the sustainable development of rural economy and promote the strategy of rural revitalization.On the basis of expounding the meaning of rural management,the significance of carrying out the work of rural management was pointed out,the problems existing in the current rural management were analyzed,and some countermeasures and suggestions on promoting the rural management were put forward.
