摘要
针对海上石油平台电脱水器罐内液位特点,详细分析了外置式液位计测量缺陷,找出常规外置式液位计无法有效跟随罐内液位变化导致无法准确测量罐内油水界面的根本原因,提出了使用射频导纳物位测量的方案。针对应用过程中出现的一些问题进行分析并提出解决方法,最终解决了射频导纳液位计在电脱水器中应用的问题,确保了电脱水器的自动化控制。
In this article,through analysis of offshore oilfield electric dehydrator level features,analysis the external type level gauge measuring defects,find out the regular external type level gauge can’t effectively follow the level changes in circumstances that can not accurately measure the electric dehydrator of the root cause of the oil-water interface,put forward the use of radio frequency admittance level measurement scheme,Aimed at some problems appeared in the process of application were analyzed and solutions are put forward,Finally solved the rf admittance level application in the electric dehydrator,ensure the automatic control of the electric dehydrator.
